This in turn, calls for a vision. By envisioning and wishing the dreams of all come true through Swadeshi, Shri Ramakant Gaikwad has been awarded (name of award) by Dr. Pratibhatai Patil, The President of India in the year xxxx. As a company, Swadeshi is carrying forward the wish of the leaders of our Independence movement who foresaw a self-sufficient and strong India. As every member of Swadeshi is called a pracharak, he/she has to believe in the values indoctrinated by the company and follow them in spirit.
Though all pracharaks are treated equitably by the company, a strict code of respect for the superiors and peers in keeping with our ancient culture and traditions has to be followed by all.

They also learn to judiciously use rather than plunder the natural resources thus making the world a better place for all.
